Visitors are not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms after 08:00 PM .
Lady visitors not allowed in guest rooms with male occupants.
In case of any visitors to be entertained in our hall area only .
The guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
Wordrobe and tables are available in the room, The management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room.
Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer.
Please note the copy of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city Police commissioner’s office as per government order .
Check in time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in available on prior notice and approval.
Check out time is 11:00 am and any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Lobby Manager.
In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati High Court only.
No smoking indoors, prefer outdoor space like your own room at the private balcony space. Chewing or Spitting of GUTHKHAS in the premises is Strictly Prohibited. Also, No Bathroom Basins/Walls or Toilet Pots shouldn’t be stained with such things. This may lead to a fine amount upto 10,000 INR.
Do not spill any Liquid Beverages or Food items over BED or FLOOR , in such cases cleaning charge upto Rs.2000/- will be applicable, depending on severity.
All TV’s are Smart Android TV , where you can Log-in to your fav OTT Apps to watch your Fav shows as per your Subscription.
Please submit room keys at Reception or Hand-over to caretaker. In Case of Lost/Mis-place of Room Keys, Guest will be liable for Lock Set Price as per company price. Any other damages shall be fully liable.
